• Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

• If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

• Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part (damaged, defective, or incorrect item).

Exchanges

• We replace items only if they are defective or damaged.

• If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us before sending it back.
